Free delivery? What's the catch?
It's true. Sundays provides complimentary delivery on all items, regardless of size or priceÌýto all Canadian provinces and across the continental US. For larger items, including sofas, beds and dining tables, we also provide free in-home assembly and removal of packaging. There is no catch—we feel that delivery and set up should be as efficient as possible.
If youÌýwould likeÌýtoÌýship your order to the Canadian Territories, Hawaii or Alaska please reach out to our Customer Care team to support processing your order. Note, an incremental shipping fee will apply.
Do you provide assembly instructions?
Because our larger pieces include complimentary delivery and assembly, we do not currently have assembly instructions available on our website. Please reach out to us via phone, email, or live chat and we would be happy to send them to you directly.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. As of August 22, 2025, all purchases are covered by a limited five-year warranty, which protects against confirmed imperfections in manufacturing or craftsmanship starting from the day your order is delivered. Purchases made prior to this date remain covered under our previous two-year warranty.
This warranty applies only when products are used as intended in residential settings and have not been altered or modified in any way.
The warranty becomes void if the product is misused, mishandled, or modified. It also does not apply if damage occurs due to accidents, natural disasters (including fire,
water, or flooding), improper storage, or environmental exposure such as extreme heat or humidity. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to items that are resold, transferred, purchased second-hand, marked final sale, or sold as floor models. Additionally, products used in commercial environments are not covered unless specifically designated as commercial grade.Ìý
There are a few limitations and exceptions, which you can explore in more detail below.
Exclusions
Solid Wood � 5 Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Natural grain, knots, and color variation are expected and not considered defects.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Damage from neglect, water exposure, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Hairline cracks or minor warping due to temperature or humidity are normal and do not affect structural performance.
Stone � 5 Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Cosmetic variations and surface wear are not covered.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Natural stone is inherently unique. Each piece may vary in texture, tone, and veining.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Staining, scratching, and etching can occur without proper care. Use coasters, trivets, and placemats at all times.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Spills must be cleaned immediately. Damage from staining or moisture absorption is not included in the warranty.Ìý
Frames (seating) � 5 Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Issues caused by movement, dragging, or improper assembly are excluded.
Suspension (seating) � 5 Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Damage caused by misuse is excluded.
Cushion/Core � 5
Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýCushion foam and cores are warrantied for five years against defects in materials, such as structural breakdown.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Compression due to normal use is expected and not considered a defect.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Cushions with feather and/or fiber fill should be fluffed regularly to maintain their shape and loft, and to minimize flattening over time.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Feathers that poke through insert jackets to a reasonable degree are not considered a defect.Ìý
Fabric/Slipcovers � 2 Years
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Damage caused by improper cleaning or lack of maintenance is excluded.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Natural materials like linen may show relaxed textures over time â€� this is not a flaw.
·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Fading, pilling, staining, wrinkling, or flattening of nap are considered normal wear and not covered.Ìý

Do you have commercial grade products?
Yes! A number of our pieces are commercial grade—which means they are tested for use in commercial settings. You can see the assortmentÌýhere.
Which sofa size fits my needs?
To help you find the right size for your needs, we provide detailed dimensions on each product page, including width (W), depth (D) and height (H). We recommend leaving at least two feet for walkways around where you plan to place your sofa. It’s also important to account for fixtures, mouldings and outlets.ÌýÌýÌý
We offer both standard and large sizes on our best selling Movie Nightâ„� and Get Togetherâ„� collections for additional flexibility, and if you have a smaller space to fill we have a number of 2.5-seater sofas. If you need any recommendations or have any questions, we’re here to help!ÌýÌý
Can I order a swatch before purchasing a product?
Yes! Our free swatches make it easy to find a fabric that feels right for your space. You can order directly from our website—look for the “Order Free Swatches� section on our product pages. Once your order is placed, your swatch will arrive via mail within 1-2 weeks.
Can I purchase slipcovers for my Movie Night� or Get Together� sofa?
Yes you can! We have slipcovers available in both sizes for Movie Night� and Get Together�.
How do I care for my Sundays product?
We provide detailed care instructions on each of our product pages, under the Care & Longevity section. Or, if you have additional questions on care for a specific item, please reach out to our team.Ìý
Can I wash my slipcovers?
Yes! You can wash any of our removable slipcovers in your laundry machine (mild detergent, or hold off all together, and ensure the zippers are pulled up). Use cold water and a delicate cycle to wash, then hang to dry—using a dryer could cause damage and void the product warranty. For stains that won't budge, we recommend dry cleaning.�
What is LiveLife� performance fabric?
LiveLifeâ„� is our family of signature performance fabrics. These fabrics are all stain resistant, moisture-repellant, washable and non-toxic—the perfect choice for families, busy households and your peace of mind. We use a PFAS-free stain repellent treatment that provides great protection and durability. Water-based liquids like juice, coffee (and wine!) will quite literally bead right off, and you can easily clean them up with a paper towel.Ìý

Where are your products made?
OurÌýproduct line is designedÌýby our team in Vancouver, Canada. We work with factories in Asia and Europe to create modern pieces that work together in our curated collections.
How do you approach sustainability at Sundays?
We believe that true sustainability is the whole life-cycle of a product, so quality, natural materials, and multi-functionality are integral to our philosophy at Sundays. We truly believe in reducing our environmental footprint, through "fewer, better things," quality furniture, and timeless design that stands the test of time.
Our product team works directly with our factory partners to identify opportunities for improvement, including replacing the use of styrofoam with sustainable packaging where possible with a goal of eliminating the use of styrofoam in our packaging, without impacting the integrity of the piece. As primarily a direct-to-consumer brand, we strive to reduce travel of our pieces before they arrive in our customers' homes and offer a free swatch program to minimize additional travel for returns. Returned items are donated to local charities when possible. Internally, we continue to educate ourselves about further ways to contribute to a more sustainable future through our products and operations.
What kind of sofa is best for pet owners?
Pets are always welcome on our sofas. Our LiveLifeâ„� performance fabric sofas are stain resistant, moisture-repellant and washable—making them the ideal choice for pet owners. Dirty paw prints will easily wipe right off, and stubborn stains can be washed. Any of our Movie Nightâ„� or Get Togetherâ„� sofas are a great option and the perfect spot to snuggle up with your pet.ÌýÌý
ÌýIf you have a cat, we recommend going for a flat-weave fabric as opposed to something with texture, to help avoid pulls and snags.ÌýÌýÌý

What kind of sofa is best for families with young children?
Our sofas are designed for real life. That means they feature stain-resistant fabrics, cozy and comfortable seats, and padded frames to help avoid bumps and bruises, which makes them all a great choice for families. Our LiveLifeâ„� performance fabric sofas, including the Movie Nightâ„� and Get Togetherâ„�, are particularly good for busy households—spills will quite literally bead right off and can be easily wiped up.ÌýÌý
Many of our collections also have fully removable and washable slip covers, and reversible cushions that can be flipped to help prolong the life of your sofa. Bonus: they make great pillow forts, too.ÌýGo ahead, get the white sofa.ÌýÌý
Are the colours shown in photos accurate?
We aim to present the colour and texture of each product as accurately as possible. All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers with lighting conditions that reflect residential settings. How these photos are displayed on individual screens may vary. If you’re unsure about a colour, get in touch with usÌýand we will happily send you a free swatch.
Do you have any non-feather filled sofas?
We do! Our Sleep Over Sofa uses a high-density foam core and is feather-free.
How do returns work?
You can return regular price items for exchange or refund in new condition with original packing within 30 days of delivery.ÌýItems at 50% off or higher discounts are final sale.Ìý
Small parcel returns will be picked up via FedEx on a date that fits your availability. We charge a flat rate return shipping fee of $75 for small parcel items, which will be applied against your refund or exchange.ÌýÌý
In-home delivery returns will have a scheduled pick up that fits your availability. We charge a flat rate return shipping fee of $150 per item, which will be applied against your refund or exchange.ÌýÌý
If you do not have the original packaging, a return re-packaging fee of $75 will also be applied.Ìý
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in our showrooms. Please contact our customer care team to arrange your return.Ìý
I am new to your website and I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, submitting your credit information on our website is safe. All information inputted into our website is encrypted and we will do our best to protect its security in our systems. Specifically, every web page on our site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, which makes all information inputted unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Will you sell or distribute my information to other companies?
No. We'll only communicate with you if you want to hear from us and we will never provide your information to other companies.ÌýIf you prefer not to receive emails from us, please unsubscribe from our mailing list or contact us to let us know.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax in provinces or states where we are required to by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed clearly at checkout.
Can I pay for my order in instalments?
