Start with basic coat
Apply rhinestones on nail while it is still sticky. If the polish is already dry when you are still applying your nail rhinestones, apply some top coat on your base coat. After finishing your design, wait until the nail polish or top coat dry. Finish with a layer of top coat to seal the rhinestones.

Pick them with a damp end of the wood cuticle stick. You can get special rhinestone stick that has two different-size ends to pick small and large rhinestones. It’s very easy to use, just touch the stone with it and apply on your nails.
